Dot Irvin
It is with deep regret that we announce the death of Dot Irvin.
Dearly loved wife of the Late Clarrie Irvin.
Much loved mother and mother-in-law of John, Trevor (dec) & Tess, Noel (dec) & Margaret, Rodney (dec) & Tania and Dennis.
Adored Grandma of her 13 grandchildren and her 12 great grandchildren.
Late of Barellan, Dot passed away peacefully at Uniting, Griffith
on Saturday 15th August 2026 at the age of 94 years.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a funeral service
which is to be held at St Clement’s Anglican Church, Barellan
on Monday 24th August 2026 commencing at 11:00am
followed by an interment in the lawn section of the Barellan cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations are being gratefully received for the National Heart Foundation.

I have many memories of long chats over morning tea and lunches at the Irvin family home "The Homestead" when I went out to blood test sheep, suture up horses or whatever vet task I needed to do Dot was always there to keep the house and garden and the boys organised. Dot was one of those wonderful welcoming ladies who reminded me of my own aunts when Iwas growing up. Sad to hear of her passing.
