Domenico "Mick" Zappala

It is with deep regret that we announce the death of Domenico Zappala.

Affectionately known as Mick.

Dearly loved husband of Mary Zappala.

Much loved father and father-in-law of Dolores & Louie Codemo and Robert & Sonia Zappala.

Adored Nonno of James & Angela, Simone & Nicholas, Sophia & Jordan, Nicholas and Christopher & Annalise and Bisnonno of Valentina and Alessio.

Mick passed away peacefully at the Griffith Base Hospital on Sunday 15^th June 2025 at the age of 89 years.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a requiem mass

which is to be held at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Griffith

on Tuesday 24^th June 2025 commencing at 1:00pm

followed by an interment in the Roman Catholic portion of the Griffith cemetery.

Lutto will be held on Thursday and Friday at 5 Evatt Street, Griffith prior to the funeral.
